• When submitting your request, make sure you quote the email address you used to create your account. You can also provide us with your user ID (Secure Code), which is located under My Account via the menu.
  
  
• Select the topic your question is related to. That way we can more swiftly identify what your request is referring to.
  
  
• Please provide as many details as possible. We can then act immediately, as we will have all the information we need to handle your request.
  
  
• Should you be experiencing a technical problem, please attach a screenshot of the page on which you are experiencing the issue, include any error messages you see, and detail the actions leading up to the error.
  
  
• Once you click Submit, you will receive an automated notification containing the reference number of your request.
