There are a number of reasons why your payment details may not always be accepted.
Should you receive an error message, here are a few questions to ask yourself:
1) Is your credit card one of the following types: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club or Discover card?
We do not support any other kinds.
2) Have you filled out the payment fields properly? Please don’t leave any spaces between the numbers.
3) Have you checked that you have submitted the CCV number correctly?
This is a security code found on the back of your card which usually contains three numbers. On an American Express card it is a four-number code on the front of the card. If your card has no CCV, you cannot use it to purchase a subscription online.
4) Is the credit card you are using still valid, and has your bank authorised the payment?
Sometimes the bank (or credit card provider) automatically blocks the transaction. Please contact your bank to see if the transaction has been prevented.
If it has been authorised by your bank, but the payment is still not going through, please contact our Customer Care team.
>>> For security reasons, please do not provide us with your credit card details as we are not able to process the payment for you!
>>> Please note: the subscription fees are taken in one lump sum.
This means that if you purchase a 12-month subscription, the whole 12-month subscription fee will be debited in one lump sum, and not in monthly instalments. Please make sure there is enough credit available for the subscription fee.
